Candy Marcum Counseling is an “out of network provider” for out-patient mental health. We do not accept insurance reimbursement for services rendered. Your fee is due at the end of your session. For your convenience, we accept credits cards, checks, and cash as payment.

Statement of Services can be provided upon request so that you may make a claim with your insurance company. You may have out of network benefits with your current insurance plan.
